Yammer and Chatter Using Same Homepage Design?

Wow. It amazes me that two competitors - Yammer and Chatter - have homepages that are designed to be nearly identical: same tag line, a picture of three platforms, same simple sign-in, heroes gallery of clients at the bottom... insane!
